Hitler was deeply aware of the power of his image, nobody were allowed to take a picture of him in an ordinery situation (except Eva Braun and those photos were not ment to be published), his real life voice was also very diffrent from his voice when made publish speeches (there is a recording of him that were made during Mannerhaim 75th birthday without his knowlege and he speak in completly diffrent way).
