Beautiful. But you could always do what I do...I've had a running 'joke' with my friends for a few years now. I say they can save money on any surgery they need...they get a quote and I'll do the same procedure for exactly half price. sure, surgery is different to dentistry but there's nothing to stop you whacking up a shingle mate.
