I will do so, and you are absolutely right about this. It had gotten past the "magic number" in terms of degree of curvature that it would have continued to have gotten worse even after she finished growing. Later health effects could have been significant.
She is doing great this afternoon, has been up in a chair, has less pain, and is out of ICU and in a private room.
