Be careful with the Mitchell's Mausers....Many of them are Postwar M48's (Be SURE to read before you buy. Many of the M48's were made from leftover German parts and some new Machined parts.....but they are not WW2 veteran guns. And from a few folks I know that have them...they say they are substandard to the Wartime Rifles....but that again, is just opinion...I have never owned one so I am going by hearsay) They do have a great collection of Wartime Mausers.....but they like to "Refurbish" them. All depends on which one you want. Personally I like my WW2 guns to have the "Patina" of age and to look like the old vets they are. You may want the New look, and Mitchell's does a Fantastic Job on that...
