I did a flag request, but I'm not sure on the intent of this, as to having others rate you, or your own thoughts on having your own flag.
Maybe an "intent" to use on requests that can be made for the future?
If you want one yourself, or to nominate others. Not sure here, sorry.

The flag is only meant for where you live, but you must have(or another person) 100 posts to qualify, or for the other person to, /not a "flag" of "most interested country that person is interested in in the zone" right??
Cheers, I requested a U.S. flag for myself, waiting for others to get their post count up, and checking where everyone else lives for the best flag for what I have in mind for them, depending on Jims reply here.
