I have a book on this, tho i've never done it myself.
You need a thin sheet of plastic.
And a tool die set, kinda like a hamer and a punch, but the punch is hollow
at the tip with a shape of a Hex.
Thats as close as i can come to tell you what they use, i don't know
where to buy it, maybe Squadron carries it??
