I wonder what Freightshaker will think. We've had the odd discussion 'elsewhere' about weathering and how far one should go. I personally love it and it's my favourite aspect of modelling. The 'fun' part for me. Freight differs and seems to think some modellers go way too far, but then the thing I like so much about his work is that he's a master of the minimal...the camo scheme on his Sdkfz. 251 pioneer vehicle for example.
I love this dio. for the filth and damage to the vehicle. And the ubiquitous trashed '34.
Looking closely, and I'm really nit-picking now, the tracks on the Tiger seem to be defying gravity (nothing makes a tank model look less like a tank IMO). But the day I build a model without SOME darned flaw I'll celebrate.
