I suppose there's a certain 'motif' that could seem confusing but one needs to keep in mind that over here, I'd be considered a bit of a radical politically. I sometimes use that symbol to represent attitudes and systems of a less extreme nature than those intended by certain other mid-20th century users. That symbol is for me, a far broader expression than just 'nazism'. Indeed, I have two glow-in-the-dark swastika coasters on my work bench. People who see them look at me funny until I explain that they're Buddhist symbols for male and female energy.
