Because we are doing this "online" I have changed the turn sequence somewhat. Instead of the Rally Phase being the start of the Turn, I just do it at the then of the previous turn. That way we start the new turn with all routing and rallying having been done so that orders for firing/moving can be given without waiting for that extra information.
