The infantry on the right flank fire at the German infantry in the rocks causing a disorder - not what you want to be with a possible close combat coming up.

The infantry on the left and front of the ridge let fly at the German infantry in front of them with another suppression resulting.

The Grant speaks for the first time - aimed almost unfairly at the brave little Panzer II - it must be channeling the 88 crew - terrible shot with no effect at all.

British artillery.

The 5.5's haven't got the 88 to play with anymore so they switch to the German infantry and the Panzer IV - with no success.

The 25lbers come in from the Panzer III to the left end of the ridge. No result on the infantry but a great hit on the top of the Panzer II. A suppression - this vehicle is now vulnerable not only to the Grant but also to close assault by infantry.

A bit of luck for the Germans as far as the firing and artillery went. Now all they have to get through is the British Offensive Fire Phase and the results of their movement.

Will the British troops on the left continue or will they call it a day? Will the Panzer II survive ? I don't know - I'm the umpire so it doesn't really worry me but I must admit I am very interested in what is going to happen next. No one seems to have an advantage so it is still hard to pick this one.
