I didn't mention but I should have that they are all gone now.
The middle brother was first to go, in summer 1979, from rectal cancer. The youngest died in December 1995 from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as "Lou Gehrig's Disease". My father was last to go, in September 1999, a month after his 81st birthday, from complications of Parkinson's Disease.
