Hi Wustenfuchs,

As far as I remember (or at least the ones I've worked with), they didn't have a dedicated timer as such, it was more depth (pressure) related to overcome the fuze spring tension, coupled with a form of clockspring if you like which slowly unwind as a fail safe det if the pressure didn't activate it. When discharged direct from the ship (before my time) they were fired in a spread, as it was the shock wave which did the damage and so didn't have to be to precise.

As to what type of ship it is...... haven't a clue.
