Mr Speaker, Mr Speaker! I would like to commend the Honorable Member for Albany for the work of his committee. I would like to point out that at no time in the life of this Parliament has a committee delivered such a pertinent and unambiguous finding. It is to the credit of the Honorable Member that he has been able to engender such clear, bipartisan support for his committee's findings. It should be reflected in Hansard the gratitude of the members of the house for his unstinting commitment to uncovering the very core of the matter put before his committee. It is to this end that I move a motion that the Member for Albany be honoured in in an appropriate way for his work.
