Thanks, Georgia did start the actual combat, offensive anyways in that disputed land, but Russia did'nt have to go a bit over board on their response there, they are in way past that region in dispute now.
No surprise that the Geirgian Army and navy took a beating so far, from others who served with them in Iraq, they were nit the best except their commando's, or so I've been told.
That being a "puppet" (as has been quoted in Russian reports) state for the US idea gets no play with me regardless, I do wonder though if there were some US advisers there in that mess. I did like the Bush speech of get out now and sign the cease fire proposal today for the Russians, we will see what happens.
