West Coast Dude: What's a toll? 
True Story: I was transfered to Chicago in the early 70's. Regional Mgr.(40) and his wife(19) picked me up at O'Hare. After we left the airport, we came upon a toll booth. Trying to make conversation, (still stunned by the wife,) we stopped at a toll booth. I asked "what river are we crossing"
