Bob, we can keep tweaking the date until it suites the greatest number possible. There are a few of things in the "lets see how much we can do" planning stages that I will be posting down the road a bit.
As soon as we have a fixed number committed I will then be looking into securing groups rates for lodging and so on.

As long as we get some date secured well in advance, I will do my damnest to get there. I'm not partial to any in particular and if the little lady bocks, well she'll be coming too then HA!! Problem solved. I'm sure looking forward to putting people in place of Avatars. Hell even if turns out to be just a few of us. I know how it goes it's always boils down to time and money. But I think this worth the shot. Hell we have more in common than a lot people who are friends. Internet comms is one thing but people in person is far better.
