'Reference Material' refers to any pictures of the real thing one is building a model of. Books are one great source of info of this type obviously, but there are also books full of pics taken with the modeller in mind. These pics show stuff like the inside of a wheel bay, gun tray, cockpit, engine...all the kind of stuff some modellers like to add to stock kits by either adding a detail set or fabricating their own bits and pieces. LAH is after pics of the aircraft he's listed. Hope this helps Kiwiguy.
