Re: Name That Plane

Finally....

We have a winner, yes its tha Vickers F 7/41 - aka Vickers Type 432.
(But it took a couple of clues from me to get one.)

Your turn McCoy.

Cheers,
Dave

Re: Name That Plane

I'll think 'bout something 'til next time but I'm off to work now. But 'til someone puts out a new picture I'll give you something from '50 that I stumbled upon! Talk 'bout turnin' a beauty to sheer uglyness.

I'll present the De Havilland Mosquito TT-39

What is it this thing you have for "ugly" weapons of war Urban?

Re: Name That Plane

I like photos of early British observation planes.

Here's one of my favorites...

Re: Name That Plane

Very clever pic. No binoculars though. They won't see much.

Re: Name That Plane

Okay people, McCoy has left this open for ANYONE who wants to choose the NEW aircraft for "Name that Plane".

So don't be shy and step up and give us a new WWII Mystery aircraft to identify.

Cheers,
Dave

Yeah it is way too easy.

So I won't kill you're choice by naming it straight away.
(Someone else can have the honor of that.)

Dave
