I believe it is a predecessor to the Blohm & Voss BV141. ??

You edited your post after I replied to it, at the very same minute also so I didn't see it. Yes it's indeed a Blohm & Voss Ha 141-0, the very first prototype. Later ones did have the same cockpit as the FW-189 Uhu n' thus more Germanlike in their appearance.
