Well Brett as Wolster pointed out some of the B.II's had twin .303 ventral (Belly) guns fitted to them at one point.
(They were later deemed unnecessary and removed to make way for the H2S System, and they deleted those guns altogether in later variants.)

Also the 'Special' Lancasters that carried the Tallboy and Grand Slam bombs had their defensive armament reduced because of weight restrictions, down to only two .303 guns in the tail turrent and had no upper-mid turrent at all, leaving a total of four .303 MG's fitted into those Lancasters.
