New Ranks and Insignia

Some of you may have noticed a "demotion". Nothing personal, I assure you.

I simply added more ranks and stretched them out a bit. I also added corresponding US Army ranks. I know, bloody yank and all that. But I had to go somewhere for military insignia.

There will be a way for you all to have your home nation recognized on your profile in graphic form. I am working on that.
