A good idea right now would be to hold off on further suggestions, requests and critiques until Jim is through working out the details here.

He will let us know when he is all set, and then will address all of the above.

I concur...PLEASE, Hold all comments Ideas and Suggestions till Jim figures this out...We all know he will deal with any concerns but now...he is busy dealing with other things....

The flags are for any member in good standing that has 100 or more posts.

Other awards will be coming for things like site service, group builds, etc.

User ranks have been updated again, but no, they cannot be interchanged based on one's flag. The user ranks and the awards software are totally separate systems. It would require major custom programming to do that if it can even be done.

Sorry Wolster, but stick around long enough and you'll get "promoted" to the officer corps.

At the rate I'm going....it will be another 18 months before I my Canadian Flag. LOL

There certainly are a lot of changes and additions excellent.

Actually, I have decided to do away with the minimum posting requirements, so you can have it now. I was just about to make that announcement.
