Question

As the Imeprial navy was chugging off home after slaughtering the pacific fleet in pearl harbour or most of it. Who was the naval commander that said that famous phrase which I cannot remember.Who was it and what did he say? Something like we have just hurt the bears paw just wait for the bear to turn around?

Re: Question

Well I know that Yamamoto is said to have stated; "I'm afraid all we have done is awoken a sleeping giant, and filled him with a terrible resolve." or something along those lines.
