Great pics. In the first one the soldier in the middle has a belt knife. I am fimiliar with the German fighting knife, but this appears to be different. Is it just a commercially available type or is this some sort of "other" issue knife?

As those are Finnish troops it could be anything from WWI German surplus to captured Soviet. The Fins were eclectic in their uniforms and arms and made the most of whatever they could get their hands on.
