According to the book "Hitlers Samurai" by Bruce Quarrie these two were known as "Berry" and "Minchen".

The 250th ID was made up of Infanterie-Regiment 262, Infanterie-Regiment 263, and Infanterie-Regiment 269. You can see the Spanish emblem on the helmet. I've seen that photo as being of the 269th Regiment. I don't know how to tell.

 General Emilio Esteban-Infantes of Blue Division.  Spanish Soldiers of the Blue Division.  Members of the Blue Division, 2/1943. Probably near Leningrad.  Evidently a member of Infanterie-Regiment 263, 250th ID (Blue Division).

 A unit of the 15th Latvian SS Division marching in the city of Riga, summer 1943. Latvia contributed some 150,000 volunteers for the Waffen SS - the most of any other Germany ally.  Estonian volunteers in the German Luftwaffe receive decorations, 1943.

I've met a commander of the BFC. Nice guy. Had breakfast with him. Interestingly enough, we actually talked very little of the war.
