Re: Which one is best?
Jochen Peiper and the Panzer Commanders of the Leibstandarte by Patrick AgteHave not read or heard anything on it
When all Brothers are Silent by Paul HausserHave heard it is a good photo book but a bit pricey Soldiers of the Waffen-SS: Many Nations, One Motto by Marc RikmenspoelHave read it and enjoyed it. More of bio on the units and commanders and not really a photo book, though there are new photos in it.

Re: Which one is best?
Thanks. I mispelled the Peiper book. Sniper, I think you are referring to Mr Rikemenspoel's 'Waffen-SS encyclopedia' published by instead of the J. J. Fedoworicz photo book. Also I would reccomend When All Brothers Are Silent 'Wenn Alle Bruder Schweigen'. One of the best around and well translated by Peiper himself. Darn, imagine if his copy survived the fire in 1976, how much would it be worth!
