Family photo

Here is a photo that I have had in my collection for a while.Obviously it shows a Mother,Father,Daughter and Son.It is a large photo that tells a tale I think.Interesting how the family served 3 different organisations of the Reich. The daughter worked for the German National Railway(Reichsbahn). The Son was in the Luftwaffe.Dads in the army of course.

I can't help but wonder who among them was able to look at the photo after the war, and remember...

I was thinking more or less the same thing, and wondering how many of them survived.

So, how exactly did you get this photo into your collection in the first place?

Re: Family photo

Photos such as these are not uncommon to find. This one I obtained from a German antique photograph dealer.Any WW2 artifact can be had for the right amount of money.

Re: Family photo

I should remember that the next time I'm in Bavaria. I imagine there are some interesting photos for sale in any number of towns there.

By the way I can't but help notice the resemblance between the daughter in the photo and Rosie O'Donnell.
