I'd guess that these two posters are in Walloon, a language related to French and spoken in parts of Belgium. It has Germanic influences as well. I neither speak nor understand much French, much less Walloon, but the gist of those posters is:
Tu defends la Belgique - Fight for Belgium (d'oh)
en luttant au front de l'est - in the fight (struggle) at the eastern front
viens a SS Division Blindee - Wallonie - come with SS division Blindee - Walloonien
The second one basically encourages Walloons to "come with us".
