I won't PM you just to keep the reasons out to these other guys.
As it stands I have two players. Enough to keep it fun but I'm aiming for 5-8.
The most constant attention I need is during character creation. After the minimum I expect is a post once a week once we get the game started. Simply it can be: I want to shoot the German, or I want to run over here or there, or whatever, or a simple statement to the other characters in the game. Panzerkiller did a good job demoing and I didn't expect him to almost fully write his own part of the story but thats almost what I'm aiming for. But its fine for people on tight schedules to just drop simple phrases and I'll do the writing magic...
Think about
:
You're 82nd Airborne Paras for one so get your T-5s ready.
What kind of job in an Airborne platoon would you like to do? I have a Bazooka Gunner and a Scout in the first squad. Check out the TO in the Characters thread on my forum and see what job you want, I can pretty much give you everything from the LT on down. The Auto Rifleman carry M1919s by the way.
If you want to go an extra mile, make up a short biography, where you came from, what you did before the war, if you volunteered or were drafted or for the more ranking men, even what your regular army/nat'l guard career was like before the war started. Think of things that might help you out. West's mother is French and with a reasonable reason why she would devote a lot of time teaching him the language he knows a decent amount of French I can do this with a good portion of the skills you can choose.
Things to think about... and remember... This is low time intensive. I expect to get everyone's actions turned in to me every week and we can get on to a new round. I was thinking SUnday to Sunday. But if we can't make that deadline its perfectly all right.
