Well, I hadn't thought about hosting a game on the site. I'm not quite sure how to do it. My own rules are 5 pages which includes two pages of tables. I have made a few changes just today. Panther and Jagdpanther units were faster than I thought, so I had to make their mobility fast (46 Kph +) I was glad because before this, the only fast unit was the M18 Hellcat.

Re: My miniatures game

Looks interesting 50th! I have a some of those very tanks, but almost all German armor. I would have loved some of them Shermans! I'd suggest Axis & Allies Miniatures, but the AA Minis are a bit bigger, so the scale difference is a bit offputting. I actually bought the Wal-Mart armor pieces to supplement my AA Minis OOB, after reading folks on BoardGameGeek do the same...but after I compared them, they were a bit too for me. I have like 8 Shermans with my AA Minis OOB in the older scale, but they have sice been rescaled is a bit of a larger scale...but I only have a few of the new ones, so I've been a bit hesitant to let go of the old ones in case I want a heavy Sherman battle.

On the game, I'd love to see you host a game in the Den sometime. Magna's game is a great example of how to host a miniatures game. I was going to host an Axis & Allies Minis game, but even with the larger hex maps, getting a good camera shot of the battle field is really difficult. A sand table or diorama is really the way to go. I may combine methodologies at some point, displaying a AA Minis game on a sandtable, but actual game movement will be domne separately on A&A minis maps. Haven't thought it through.

Sorry, those pictures were moved into my Miniatures album. here they are again:

It was just me doing some housekeeping at Photobucket. I was unable to edit that post. Is there a time limit on editing your post?

Exclamation Re: My miniatures game

I may eventually put my rules on boardgamegeek.com when I feel I have playtested them enough. Or I may post them here to have others on this website playtest them. I once played GI Rules with 1:144 armor at a convention, but I couldn't get into it because of all the charts. You would roll on this chart to see what column to roll on this chart to see if you hit your target. Why not roll once to see if you hit? I downloaded those rules, then downloaded those charts and tried to make since of it all before I deleted them both and came up with Quick War. This picture is of the GI Rules game I played.
