[/IMG]Board B, German section 2 Here we have one section of your Arty, the mighty guns of the Hummel, staff team with their radio truck, OOPS forgot the commander, I'll get it next pic, sorry. HHMM, the spotter OP Pz III you ask, it did'nt make it onto the battlefield yet, That unit did'nt get a good roll, so hopefully the next turn. No worries though, you can "spot" yourself if needed per team for an Arty barage. You see the main road to the bridge, what's that next to the bridge?? Looks like a minefield to me...... Good thing the High Command gave you some Pioneers to deal with it!! WINK. 3 Hummels, can direct fire one shot each, but an arty barrage can only be done IF you did not move your units in that platoon!! 1 staff team and radio truck Commander and car, (not pictured) 1 Pz III OP tank, did'nt make it onto the board this turn. Russian minefield, I'll explain more when you get up there, when it happens that is!! Cheers Tom |

[/IMG]Board B, section 3 The best pic I could get, but you have your platoon of Jagdpanzer IV's, the second FJ platoon and Pioneer Platoon with the infrantry still in their half-tracks. Here you have the most terrain to play with, more on that in the Q&A thread later 4 Jagdpanzer IV's -Confident Vet 10 stands of FJ -Fearless Vet 4 Pioneerr half-tracks, inside them are 7 infrantry stands total, amazing what they can cram in there, don't ya think? LOL -Confident Vet Cheers, now for the new Russian order thread!! Tom |

The German High Command has sent you on a mission of vital importance, capture the bridgehead that you just had slip from your hands 2 days ago, ASAP!! The Germans can't afford to let the Russians get another foothold over this river, it is our main defensive line. We ae sorry (LOL) for the mismash of units, but we expect no complaints from you, we have scaped up as much as was available, more forces are also on the way, IF YOU ARE LUCKY!!!
Final orders for part one of your mission is to capture that bridge and force your pltoons over that bridge, taking minimal casualties, and inflicting the max on our enemies!! Intel has just notified us that there may be another route or two other than the bridge!!! Something about some kind of hold out/lost part of an infrantry platoon that is staying tight in some terrain features. We suggest that your recon gets activated when it is fairly safe to do so, and get their intel. Your Puma force will get this done the fastest, and with the best chances, compared to your other units. Your Pioneerplatooon should not be wasted either, clear that minefield IF it is active, there is a chance there might be a way through IF the Pioneers can get close to it, I'm sure the Russians will try their hardest not to let that happen. For the Fatherland, you have your orders sir, we expect a victory communika very soon from you and your Co!!!, That is all for now, good luck!! Your secondary objective will be wired to you once you are over the bridge. The German High Command Last edited by TRDG; July 16th, 2008 at 01:21 PM. |

Re: German orders for FoW Bridge Assault
OKIE DOKIE! I'm pinch hitting for Magna while he's away for a couple days, Heaven help him! (Hey, he asked me to do it, so he get's waht he asked for!) So, I hesitated slightly at starting to post here, as I wasn't sure I was selling the Farm with my intel...perhaps its part of the mechanics of the system that it works best this way, so here goes. I'll post each flank separately.

Did you want to assault anything if some of your units are in range (4 inchs), if so, let me know as quick as you can. German High command
