It's a T-35 with three cannons in three turrets 1 x 76.2mm n' 2 x 45mm. In addition it had at least 5 machineguns. The T-35 is most likely the worst tank in the entire war n' pretty much all of 'em broke down...

Two of the machineguns had their own turrets, you can see one of 'em stripped of it's machinegun to the left of the forward 45mm turret. So all in all, five turrets n' no function...
