Unless I'm mistaken (quite probable) the partly obscured guy above seems to be armed with a Finnish SMG.

Again, obviously not a propaganda photo but rather a snapshot. These men have fall coats but are in deep snow and have whitewashed their helmets.
This one is a great shot!

Are we talking about the photo in #12? I was going to say a Russian PPsH not Finnish.
That 88 must of taken awhile to dig in or build up around. They are up to their shoulders. Awesome shots.

Yes, check it again n' you'll see that the barreljacket is round with perforated slits n' that the stock extends forward of the drum plus that the drum is angled different than the PPsH.
