Ah nice mate the trench looks accurate enough. I am assuming the edge where the sand bags are is the edge to the enemy front, if so then just lay the edge back a bit more they werent as vertical as that from the constant scrambling "over the top". If it is not the edge towrads the enemy and the other side is where the step is i would try and put some foxholes in the wall where troops would have slept in that straight ledge just to break it up plus the games might be able to booby trap something to add more to the realism and danger
