German Research in WW2 (everything)
In WW2, Germany made all sorts of different tanks, artillary, panzershrek, jets, etc. near the end of WW2; I event wrote a paper about it in History 12 and the more I look into it, the more things I find. So let this thread be dediated to poasting any and all advanced weaponry made by the Germans in WW2, and I do mean everything, wether it be Luftwaffe or Super Tanks. Even ideas that were still on the drawing board count.
My first one is my avitar picture which was a "still on the drawing board" Panzer super tank which was completely surrounded in sloped armour.
My next is the Nachtjager "Vampir" IR lamps that were used at the end of WW2 and were made with scopes for fighting infantry, Panzer tanks and on half tracks as searchlights. If my pictures work, you'll see that on the panzer tanks, the commander had his own lamp on the turret and the gunner had his own for the cannon. Who else has stuff to share?
