Speaking of the Soviet side, I rememebr seeing in a used bookstore in Vienna a Soviet propaganda book in English about Kursk published in the 1970s.

Not sure what you mean by 'Western Propaganda'. Perhaps you are referring to WWII Allied propaganda about the Battle of Kursk?
