Thanks,
It was made from Kleenex Tissue, toilet paper is way to coarse. I roll it up tight, "paint it" with an old brush with a mixture of white glue (Elmers) and water about a 50/50 solution. Position and "wrinkle" it while still wet and let it set-up before painting. Been using that method for years...thank you Shepard Payne. Really easy, works like a charm.

Lookin' great RB. That tissue trick is a gem huh? That looks really good. I also like the wiper marks on the windshield.
With care and lots of sanding, you can use the tissue trick to 'open' clothing on figures too. As in buttons undone. Just use the tissue to fashion the front parts of a coat that hang open. You just need to sand off the buttoned coat from the torso. Some folks use rolled out putty as well.
Great job RB.

I wouldn't be too sure about that deck, rb...so far your's is at the front of the pack for my vote so far. I will be curious to see everyone's final pics, but this Opel of yours is wonderfully done, Mate!

I agree with Nick. I also like what you've done with the tires...I liked the dusty look before, but this really tied it together better yet still; and I love the foot wear on the deck. Great work!
