Re: 1/48 WWII German AFV Diorama

Dave...

You are a freakin' machine mate!!!

Hope it all goes well. I've read excellent stuff about Gaso.line and Hauler. I can't wait to see your upcoming diorama featuring the entire city of Stalingrad street for street, house for house too.
Good to have you back mate.

I really look forward to seeing this as you go and as it is finished. Large dioramas have always been my favourite.

Re: 1/48 WWII German AFV Diorama

I had really only just made a start on it when I broke my hand and have only painted a few figures and bits & pieces before my accident.

Here is as far as I have gotten.
(So far.)

So while I'm waiting for my hand to heal, I'm going be shopping for stuff for it in the mean time.

Cheers,
Dave

Yeah, I thought so too.

There is a company called "Gaso.line" that has a massive range of 1/48 WWII military vehicles of various descriptions from the ETO from all countries. (Well, most of them anyway.)

catalogue gaso.line kit figurine soldier & built diecast military model

Cheers,
Dave
I think that will be a great 1/35 project for me.

Good eye flamm...that tent is awesome. You know what caught my attention? The field table and the anvil! That brings a diorama to life!

You mean perhaps a pink Panzer just to set things off Geek ?

Those figures and the gear with them are just the shot around some AFV's though. This will be worth waiting for as it goes along.
