Re: Miniatures - You play - I do the work

I don't know about the plane but you do here the whistle of artillery shells falling amongst your forward infantry....

And the result ? Yet another unit disordered. Let's hope the British get a good roll for reorder in their turn or it could be all over folks.

Although the Grant is still in action..... well .... it depends on whether the plane uses it for a target..... and it does!!

The plane dives in it's run and drops a large bomb right on top of .... a saltbush next to the Grant. A suppression.... that was a bit of luck.

German Offensive Fire Phase.

The German troops intend to be very offensive here as they fire everything they have at the British troops to their front.

On the left another British section is eliminated. All others suffer no more changes.

On the right a British section is eliminated as well. Worse still, the 6lber cops a massive hit and is destroyed.

Two sections and one AT gun. Still, it could have been much worse.

The German forces all reorder - just.

It is now the British defensive fire phase.

Re: Miniatures - You play - I do the work

I think the 6lber might have got a 75mm shell up it's snout from the PzIV Tom. I know it was a pretty good shot anyway.

WR - the Germans are serving hot lead and ersatz coffee for lunch - you may want to rethink this option... depends how much you like tea I spose.

Pics attached. Left shows one section gone. Right shows one section gone and the 6lber missing. The anti tank weapons haven't had a lot of luck in this one have they.
