I'm not saying that 12 weeks is too short, but I always struggled to finish in three months at the other site, but I managed. The eight week build was worth a try though and might still be a viable time frame. We'll see how it pans out here and also see what others think.

I guess that regardless of how much time we allocate most of us will struggle just before the end...

But I'm in favour of 3 n' 6 month's builds in the future.

3 months for the shorter build would be better for most I expect. 8 weeks or two months sounds good but work, wargaming, and sleep tend to get in the way.

Three months is good...I can just about manage that. I look forward to participating in a build here...8 weeks is too short for me. Five pics is good.
