I agree with the posting progress pictures in the respective build thread (long or short build) instead of individual separate threads...I think it makes the experience more enjoyable, and less hunting for each person's thread.

I think it imperitive to allow free chatter on tips, techniques, goofs, etc. I would not have learned near as much as I have in the past few months without all the great advice and encouragement you all shared with me on the other build.

That's my two cents!

Ok. We have transparency. I posed the question to check for spies.

It seems we are not in need of the cone of silence. Now I have to demolish the stacks of stuff in the shed to find the rest of this old Daimler.

Very nice choice indeed, Urban.....I love the Carro Armato! I'm going to follow this one closely, as I'm especially curious to see the final paint scheme. I kind of wonder if a mono color paint scheme is harder to pull off than a complex camo, especially with the weathering.

Oh very possible...what I find interesting about mono colored paint schemes is when heavy weathering is done to it...especially with a brush vs. and airbrush.

On the other pics of my M13/40 you're able to see the weathering better n' it's all done with a brush. Just check it out as I've posted a thread with it here earlier on.
