Considering the real-time nature of forums, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that World War II Zone Forums does not actively monitor the contents of and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of World War II Zone Forums. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately using the “report” function available for every post and message. We have the ability to remove or edit objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that such action is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.


Deleting Messages

Although World War II Zone Forums does not and cannot review each and every message that is posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever. However, more often we will not remove messages because a user had a change of heart. We leave such messages available as testaments to that user’s own stupidity, so think twice before hitting the submit button.

Messages are typically edited or deleted, or incur a warning, suspension, or ban as a result of the following:

• Holocaust denial or apology
• Nazi glorification
• Profanity in subject lines or signatures, or profanity within messages deemed to be blatant as opposed to incidental
• Spamming or commercial solicitation
• Flaming other members with the apparent intent of inciting or perpetuating a conflict or argument
• Bombing forums or individual threads with repetitive, pointless posts
• Posting pornographic or otherwise objectionable material
• Impersonating other individuals or false representation
• Discussion of illegal activity, or posting links to other websites that deal with such activities
• Discussion of ad blocking software. World War II Zone Forums uses ads to keep the site free
• Posts made under secondary usernames or other aliases
• Posts which are completely unrelated to the forum in which they are posted
• Excessive cross-posting (this is considered spam)
• Posts which breach another member's privacy, i.e. containing phone numbers, addresses or other personal information
• Copyright violations

Forums Acceptable Use

You agree, through your use of the site, that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.

You agree, through your use of the site, not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or World War II Zone Forums.

You agree, through your use of the Site, not to post advertising of any kind in the Forums (with the exception of links to World War II Zone Forums Classified services or merchandise which may be offered from time to time) whether you are a private party or company. The only exceptions to this policy are granted for potential World War II Zone Forums banner advertisers.

World War II Zone Forums also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of legal action arising from any message posted by you.

You grant to World War II Zone Forums, its successors, and its heirs, a permanent right to publish any entries, photographs, or other files that you have uploaded to our server(s).


Deleting Users

Registrations are not deleted at World War II Zone Forums. You are welcome to not use your user account but once you have registered that registration stays. The purpose of this is so that integrity of threads and posts may be maintained. If you do not wish to register, then please do not.

By your use of the site you agree to hold World War II Zone Forums, its owners, and its staff harmless from any damages potentially arising through the actions of a member of the site, as well as from moderating activity deemed necessary for the proper conduct and maintenance of the site as is seen fit from time to time. All content posted on the site is the sole responsibility of the person posting said content. You further agree that any litigation that you might pursue will be through the General District Court in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA, the Circuit Court in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA, or the Federal District Court in Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

The forum software is proprietary cannot be reproduced without the developer's express written consent.
