I was thinking about something I heard in a model forum once, and it was that a lot of folks like to model more in the Winter months, and less in the Summer. SO it got me to thinking....is there a time of year you game more and a time of year you game less?

It all depends more on work now, until I get used to working days after so long at night, and lets not forget vacations to!!!

Cheers

Most definitly winter for me, it's cold here and gets dark early so as Teggin stated, I to get "bored easy" but thats when I take out a game.

Still a good question here.....what season are you in at your neck of the woods, and how is it affecting your gaming?

Here in Western Massachusetts, USA, it's starting to see 30-40 degrees in the days (with the odd day near 60....yeah, New England...don't like the weather? Wait a minute, it'll change!), and though I do game all year long, the unusally WET weather has seen me inside a lot more, which translates into even more gaming than usual....which, is a good thing really!!!

Hey guys, long time no see huh? Hows everyone doin? Im still comming along.

Im definately a wintertime gamer. While i do play year round, the lions share of my cardboard death dealing gets delt out in the snowy season.

Too long KGP! :) We've missed you here, especially in the Gaming area. I was thinking the other day of that Dice Boot demo I was thinking of doing, and of which we were talking about some time ago....I'll get that going soon mate, I promise!

Winter is an awesome gaing season....something about sitting at the kitchen table watching the snow fall outside, and the board heat up inside!

I gotta week vacation comin' up next week, and I am planning to spend the majority of it playing games at the kitchen table! I might even play me some Panzer Leader, LOL! Mainly though, I am planning some time with Axis & Allies Miniatures, Conflict of Heroes, and maybe some Tide of Iron (if I can get through the rules). That's a little ambitious, though. I'd like to play some Chess with my lovely Italian Goddess, as well as some Cribbage. Also bought a good mystery book to get through. Some miniatures painting and regular artwork, to round things out. And of course, a couple items on the Honey-Do List.
