I think my favorite crazy chili ingrediant is chocolate! Lends an amazing taste to it.

Hmmmm chocolate. Sounds like it would work, chocolate is used in some Mexican meat dishes.

I like to add a couple of dried crushed chipotle peppers in my chili. Gives it a smokey warmth.
