Do you own this gun? Is it able to fire or is it DEWATS (deactivated war trophy)? Heckuva gun 500,000 were made -

The MG34/41 looks a great deal like the MG34 but it had a cyclic rate of 1,200rpm. It blows by its Daddy for dependability. It wasn't built in great numbers because it cost too much when compared to the MG42.

very nice pics the both of you. wish i had some nice DEWATS to share, but all i have is a WWI helmet

forgot about one more DEWAT i have. Its a 25lb test bomb from WWII. Not sure if it should have two fins like now, or four and they've just been bent. Still has the piece on it that would attach it to the plane.

the print on it is faded but i can just make it out:

Mk 76 Mod. 1

and no im not mad...its just really heavy and holding it over my laptop made me nervous :bowdown:
