Re: Isaac Asimov's Super Quiz!

Tom,

Can you link to the answers somewhere so we can grade ourselves and post scores? On the honor system of course.

Re: Isaac Asimov's Super Quiz!

Oh, alright... If you insist! With the other three forums I posted this on (thank Heavens for copy/paste!), I was starting to feel like a history teacher at test time!

1. The Battle of Waterloo
2. Hiroshima
3. The U.K. and Iceland (isn't that rather low, fighting over smelly fish???)
4. The tank
5. General Cornwallis
6. Enterprise, Hornet, or Yorktown
7. The Boxer Rebellion
8. The Battle of Hastings
9. The Yom Kippur War

Re: Isaac Asimov's Super Quiz!

Boy! I almost screwed that one up. I got 15 points. Most emberassing: I got the "Yorktown" question wrong ( ). After I read the answer I sudenly felt the desire to hide in a dark place and be ashamed of myself at least three times. On the other hand: I am not American. I am not that familiar with the history of the US. See? I allready got an excuse for my mistake.
