I wish I had taken a photo yesterday. I may later if I get a chance. A notice to visitors in the surgical waiting area at the CHILDREN'S hospital where my daughter had her surgery stated that no CHILDERN are allowed!!

The problem is, many of us become numb to things such as that and often don't see the humor or stupidity in them.

Case in point, the drive-up window of my local bank has instructions in both lettered form and braille. I am not kidding.

Now, is it there for all the blind drivers who pull up?

Unfortunately that seems to be fairly universal and I believe it has to do with our wonderful government's regulations in implementing the "Americans with Disabilities Act".

OK, I did take a pic. Sorry for the poor quality as I was in a rush and using my (prohibited) cell phone. I noticed also they used "childs" instead of "child's".

Now mind you, this is a children's hospital where this sign was posted.

Makes you wonder who actually approves them getting made and put up.
