Doesn't bother me if they award swastika free Iron Crosses. Think about it, that would be the ultimate slap in the face to Hitler to take 'his' symbol off this award. I bet he had swastikas on his whitey-tighties.
Besides, their soldiers deserve awards for valor and its really none of my business. I wouldn't want them telling us what awards to give to our soldiers.
