My wife says lately that I must really enjoy bologna sandwiches as I have not been cooking for the last two weeks. Truth be told, I have been snacking out at Tim Horton's Coffee shop.

I really really enjoy their Chicken salad sandwich on a cheddar bun. Yummy

Depends on the season. In the winter I love a hot ham on rye with swiss cheese or Munster and brown mustard. I just take a few slices of ham and pop them in the mircowave for a minute, slap on the cheese and it melts just right over the hot ham.

In the summer, BLTs!
