Re: Favorite Sandwhich?

White bread?!?!? What's the point? It's 'bread' in name only.

Re: Favorite Sandwhich?

- Three slices of Schwarzbrot
- Three slices of mountain cheese
- Salami
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Hot curry sauce

Come to think of it: After spending 6 holidays in the states, I've never seen anything else except white bread. But my memory may be wrong on that.

Re: Favorite Sandwhich?

We are a "white bread" society here. Many of us were raised on Wonder Bread. I prefer more hearty breads myself.

Re: Favorite Sandwhich?

Left over Turkey with Swiss, mayo, mustard, Salt, pepper, pickles and lettuce on sourdough. The Turkey is usually big chunks & thick. Hmmmmmm!

Amen to that brother.

Another sandwich I enjoy is turkey, roast beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the all-important Russian dressing.

The sandwich I'm having for lunch today is pretty plain - turkey and Swiss cheese with mustard on white. Didn't have a lot of time to make a fancy sandwich this morning before going to work :/
